About Sample:

Custom samples can be made before you place the order.
Custom samples can be finished within 2-3 days with ready material and ready style.
Custom samples cost is US$50.00/pc, not including shipping, refundable in your coming order if more than 500 pcs.
Custom samples will be processed after sample cost received.
Sample of which in stock is free, buyer pay for the freight cost.
If the sample with printing, it will take 5-10 days to process the printing mold and mixing color.
If the sample with woven or leather patch logo, it will take 3-5 days to finish the logo.
We will charge $50.00/design as mold fee for woven patch pattern, $135.00/design for leather patch or printed logo, all refundable if your coming order is no less than 1000 pcs.

About Mass Production:

MOQ is 100 pcs/model/color for customized design, 50 pcs/model/color for caps in stock.
Delivery time will be 15-25 days after sample approval.
We normally do 30% deposit, balance before delivery.
We accept less than US$3000.00 via PayPal, or should be paid via T/T.
If any label (Woven Label, Printed Label, Sticker) needed, please advise us before deposit.
Hard paper support plate is used in each cap to keep the good shape when packing.
Normally 100 pcs/carton. Carton size is 51*38*48 cm. Of course, we can pack the caps as your request.
